Matilda Lici is an associate in the Toronto office. She maintains a general litigation practice, advising across a broad range of industries.
Matilda received her JD from Queen's University in 2019. During law school, she was a caseworker at the Queen's Business Law Clinic, served as the Managing Editor of Productions for the Queen’s Law Journal, and worked as a Research Assistant for a project on the proxy access debate in Canadian corporate law.
Matilda also competed in the Corporate/Securities Law Moot and, together with her colleagues, was awarded the second prize for written advocacy. She completed an exchange semester during her third year of law school at the LLB program at Hong Kong University in Hong Kong (SAR).
Matilda was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 after articling at Shibley Righton LLP.
