Note: Pending legal continuation, the dumbass piece shit responsible for the unreasonable amplification of the victim's perception of causation by Mr Lanza's fraudulent exposition is herein referred to as 'Adam Lanza'.
On October 6th, 2022 Chad was arrested and detained by the Toronto Police Services. After forcible confinement on October 14th, he was charged with the following:
TSDL: Breach of Recognizance
STACY: Criminal Harassment
STACY: Assault
STACY: Forcible Confinement
ADAM: Threatening Death/Bodily Harm
These charges made by the above referenced entities Stacy and Adam (review Adam Lanza's profile), with a "No-Contact with your Catholic Wife" order. Chad was sentenced to 61 days, and released on his time served on December 13th, 2022.

Evitacion: Your interpersonal conflict avoidance is off the charts. Relationship problems do not resolve themselves, but need solving together.

Here are the written submissions I made to the LTB in case they denied my Request to Reschedule a Hearing (62) submitted on October 7th of 2021 at 0320EDT and cited case law which renders a rescheduled hearing appropriate in the case of the death of an immediate family member.
